This will allow users to filter gc's and chats based on the provided input at the top.
This also adds the ability to "hide" non-empty chats. These chats will remain with full chat histories but simply not shown on the chat list. This is also retain across restarts. To restore the chat simply find it in the address book and "start chat" once again.
