verification-helper の C# は dotnet-script なので対応する気なし。

Bundle をやるなら SourceExpander が良いだろうが、依存関係解決だけなら Roslyn でやるのが簡単そう。

online-judge-tools/verification-helper#401 で実装したものは verification-helper に合わせて無理している箇所が多すぎるので引き継がない。

そもそもPythonで実装する必要もない。
