When navigating 'back' to #collection/<id>/audio, panels don't update

When navigating to #collection//audio from #collections, we see empty waveform panels, a list of audio assets with none selected, and a list of collection wide events in the event panel. When navigating to #collection//audio from #collections//audio/file/ or #collections//audio/file//segment/, we see the previously selected segment or file in the waveform panels, a selected element in the list of audio assets, and the file or segment's events in the event panel.

I think it is consistent with the encapsulation of routes to display empty waveform panels, the list of audio assets with nothing selected, and a list of collection wide events in the event panel.
