[Concourse + Kubernetes] Failed to push into private repo on Docker Hub

Host machine: Ubuntu 16.04, Docker 1.12, Kubernetes 1.2.5
I've a basic setup of concourse in kubernetes. Everything works well (docker pull) except docker push.

The same setup works well on my laptop (Ubuntu 14.04, Docker 1.12).

Has this been fixed? This looks like a kubernetes problem and not a concourse issue. I'm inclined to close it.
