Adding edit mode placeholder, making modal jump down to freshly added entries, fixing stacking delete click events (Are you sure? ARE you sure? ARE YOU SURE?!?!) (Thx for testing, @Mnkras!). Also took this opportunity to throw in the sorting arrow functionality. I think the only thing left after that is discussing custom template options and maybe revisiting font size shrinking when it's down around phone width. 💅 Re: #512
