I guess it's more under discussion. We have some comps for this that differ a bit from the current dashboard (in 5.6) as you might imagine, so they need to be posted here. Until that happens this issue can probably be a good place to discuss the way that this current is lacking and what can be done to improve it.

The main current problem is that searching and viewing continually hangs, I suspect because it doesn't get replies from concrete5.org. This is not information that changes often, so could benefit from a lazy caching strategy.

Make it faster to use with in-page or ajax filtering and searching.

From a marketplace developers point of view, it would also be great if it could list all addons including red and black, but default to the current Beginner + Intermediate. I think it could also help sales if there was similar integration of deal of the day, bundles and offers. There is more on the thread Franz started, some of which found its way onto Franz's pdf doc.

@JohntheFish – I think I'd like our marketplace integration to default to beginner/intermediate, and then let you enable advanced access to download add-ons that are advanced or bleeding edge too.
