Folder Name is not sorted correctly in document library

Description

I made folders under a parent foler in file manager like below.

Then put a document library block associated with the parent folder in a page.

As result, folders are not sorted correctly in alfabetical order!

How to reproduce

1. Create multiple folders under a parent folder in file manager.
2. Create a document library block and associate the parent folder.
3. Try to display the document library with folders are correctly sorted.
4. If you once see it looks correct order, the sorted order suddenly changes if you click browser's reload button.

Possible Solution

Perhaps the developers have simply not considered sorting for folders.
