Ckeditor Paste plain text button broken

In the latest Ckeditor version paste button that allows for pasting plain text is broken.

Ideally it would be nice to remove this button or to revert to a prior version of CkEditor as it's pretty useless now.

The latest version of CKEditor used in concrete5 added many bug fixes and a few new features. I think we should wait until a new CKEditor is released that offers a fix for this, then upgrade.

I say this because a fix is likely to be released before the next version of concrete5 is. It will all depend on timing I imagine.

CKEditor in 8.2.1 doesn't load at all for me in dashboard pages.

I was able to add a rich text editor to a dashboard single page in 8.2.1.

Have you cleared your browser and concrete5 cache?

Question.

Your PR #5966 doesn't include upgrade that you were trying to do in #5922 right?
So the paste button problem hasn't been fixed yet.

The #5966 pull request just adds a new skin and CSS overrides to customize it, the CKEditor core was not updated.

The ckeditor/ckeditor4#595 issue is still open.
