This package provides a backport of the atomic os.replace (particularly for Windows). UNIX didn't need it as os.rename is already atomic per POSIX requirements. This was added to Python 3.3 (and therefore Python 3.6). As a result there is not much need for this package as users can get this through the Python standard library. So we should archive this package.
