conda activate doesn't work in mac tmux, python always 2.7

it works fine when i dont use tmux in mac

but if i use tmux

the python version is always 2.7.16, no matter what env i activate

mac 10.13.6
conda 4.7.12 py37_0
tmux 2.9

i have to use python3 or ipython
