Feature description

The Record Position is currently unused. However, both Push Topics and CDC events support historical events: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.236.0.api_streaming.meta/api_streaming/using_streaming_api_durability.htm by utilizing Event's Reply ID.

Experiment with this and see:

If the order of events is maintained to avoid processing the same event twice.
How to resume multiple subscriptions (I assume the Replay ID relates to the buffer for only one subscription).
