We use servers with Debian Linux with ARM64 bits on AWS and it would be great to have support for using Confluent with Linux ARM64

We already support this! Try running curl -sL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/confluentinc/cli/main/install.sh | sh -s -- -b /usr/local/bin from your linux/arm64 machine.
