Version 3.0.8 of OpenSSL has known vulnerabilities, is it possible to upgrade to the latest released version?

Checklist

Please provide the following information:

• librdkafka version (release number or git tag): 2.2.0
• Apache Kafka version: not relevant, client side only
• librdkafka client configuration: not relevant, issue is with the distributed dll
• Operating system: Windows, etc
• Provide logs (with debug=.. as necessary) from librdkafka: N/A
• Provide broker log excerpts: N/A
• Critical issue: We got concerns from our users about this, so important, but not critical.

Fixed with #4454 . We're currently staying with LTS 3.0 branch.
