Wrong slashes in path replacement #10

Looking at:

arbiter/arbiter/arbiter.cpp

Line 353 in 76fa252

std::replace(name.begin(), name.end(), '\\', '-');

it seems like the backward slashes are supposed to be forward slashes (as per the manual).

Never mind, this seems to be only related for local paths while I was looking at an s3 path
