vec_map fails to compile on travis

This is actually a compiler error, said steve on IRC.

Here is the issue and the PR:

• vec::IntoIter is now invariant rust-lang/rust#35721
• Make vec::IntoIter covariant again rust-lang/rust#35733

and the fix is beeing backported to beta, so all we can do is wait until beta is released again... I'll close this now as this issue will be solved with the next iteration on the beta compiler.

I just noticed that this is a duplicate of #20 which itself is a duplicate of #18 and #19 .
