Kubectl Onboarding setup is offered after it was sucessfully finished until I restart the app

Bug description

I have installed kubectl system-wide, but then I still got setup button for kubectl onboarding available and if pressed, leads to an empty page. Restart is needed.

At the same time I have encountered an issue when trying to update kubectl-cli via CLI tools.
