Thanks for the link, yeah that's quite a bit prettier. Though the source for that doc is missing a few items. i.e. There are more sub-directories under docs/tutorials/ than what's in the index.

@baude upon intial inspection, Performance.md section needs to be added to the RTD. Ref: [CI:DOCS] Add performance tutorial
I don't know how to update the RTD site, would you please guide me?
