apple hv machine status needs rework

Issue Description

we need to rethink how we determine that a vm is running with applehv ... vfkit has no concept of vm name and right now, all vfkit restful endpoints are :8081 .. which is probably not good long term.

should we switch to an approach of http over uds so that a specific socket with the vm name is created?
