Update Mootools to 1.2.5

It seems that mootools 1.2.4 is not fully compatible with the future Internet Explorer 9, but the 1.2.5 seems to be OK.

Hi Leo,

why don't you update Mootools in 2.9.2 right to version 1.3 according to ticket 2573?

Hi Joachim

Although the mootools devs consider their 1.3 as stable and fully downward compatible, I would still implement it in Contao 2.10. There are several core features and even way more extensions that rely on mootools. I think we should give Leo and the extension developers the time to optimize their extensions/code for mootools 1.3 and this couldn't be done better than in a Beta or RC stage of Contao =)

I am totally with Toflar on this one.
Upgrade to 1.3 should definatly be pushed to 2.10 for above mentioned reasons.
