Add data view mode switchers in backend

In new 2.11 branch on Members page records are displayed in table. I think it will be good feature if admin can select between old "list view mode" style and new "table view mode".

This can be a DCA feature and can be used in others tables in backend...

I like the idea, however it does not work unfortunately. Try it yourself with tl_member and set showColumns = false. It is not the expected output.
