Bug 描述

图片文件删除之后，对应的缩略图没有处理

复现步骤

文件管理，选择一张图片删除之后，对应的缩略图没有删除

预期结果

图片删除，对应的缩略图也删除

ContiNew Admin version(s):v3.1.0
