Address configuration for running volplugin suite in containers #66

Right now we don't test this, or support it, and we should! #63 and #60 mention this is a desirable feature and I think given prioritization this should be done.

Some dockerfiles to build pre-baked images for people would certainly be good too.

The latest news with this is that due to mount propogation across containers, this is very hard to do. I'm still working on it but for now, you'll need to run volplugin on the host.

I've created https://hub.docker.com/r/contiv/volplugin-autoconfig/ since we now have it working in containers. I will provide more as a pull request that utilizes this on the VMs since we can't host multi-host yet on a single host.
