Observed behavior (please include a screenshot if possible)

Clicking Watch for a project or feed source yields the following error:

Expected behavior

Clicking watch should subscribe user to notifications for said entity.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Log into https://gtfs-dev.ibi-transit.com
  2. Choose any project.
  3. Click Watch in upper right hand.
  4. Observe error shown above.

N/A

Version of datatools-ui and datatools-server if applicable (exact commit hash or branch name)
