[Request] - Remove automatic camera leveling and extend vertical camera limit

The game has some rubberbanding effect present whenever you try to bring the camera a bit too far up or down (which can't even be done that much in the first place). It doesn't feel that bad with a controller but it's very annoying when playing with mouse and keyboard and I'm surprised no one has ever made a mod to remove that or even complained about it to be honest. They probably made it like that by design and just didn't think about removing it for the PC version.

EDIT: I just found out a mod for improved PC controls came out recently... so either ignore this request or make those improvements in the features listed part of SilentPatchBully I guess.

EDIT 2: It seems that this mod doesn't change those things... I asked for it in the comments section. Maybe the author can also add that.
