Failed to create the dataset using mp3 file

I followed the guidance to train a model. I ran the Colab notebook and opened the gradio. Then I uploaded a mp3 file and tried to create the dataset. But an error occurred:

I tried several times and changed the Colab account but it still cannot work. Is it my problem or something wrong with my procedure?
