Automatic e-mail is not working.

When I was entering the details in report new issue tab in resource module and click on the submit button, the automatic mail was not sent to the assigned person. Kindly look into the matter.

Can your coral instance send emails at all ? If not, this might be a configuration problem.
If you coral instance can send emails, and this is the only place it does not, it might be a bug.
Please let us know.
