iOS WKWebView support needed

This plugin is known to be missing support for iOS WKWebView ... thus not working with cordova-ios 6.x(+).

@brodybits has found a way to get this working with help from a relatively minor update to cordova-ios.

Alternative solution coming soon, per customer request: get this functionality working with adaptation of a native XHR plugin such as:

• cordova-plugin-wkwebview-file-xhr
• https://github.com/CASTANA-Solutions/cordova-plugin-ios-xhr

This plugin has been updated with multiple options to work with WKWebView as described in PR #12; raised issue #13 to get this documented properly
