[Announcement] cordova-plugin-iosrtc-sample

I made a sample application that should allow users of the plugin to more easely reproduce and report new issues and for new users to start using the plugin with a basic Conference UI and get a basic hello world working out of the box.

This sample application will also be use to test master before release.

For cordova-plugin-iosrtc to officially support a third party library example need to be provided. I will finalize the examples usage for Twilio, Janus and OpenEasyRTC over time.
