Опишите проблему

Анимация компонента Skeleton в Safari работает не так, как задумано

Шаги для воспроизведения

  1. Использовать компонент Skeleton
    или, в сторибуке
  2. Заменить в packages/skeleton/src/docs/description.mdx обёртку на <React.Fragment>

Ожидаемое поведение

Анимация работает также, как в Chrome - плавно, без миганий

Тестовый стенд

Десктоп (если данных нет оставьте блок пустым):
• OS: MacOS 12.4
• Browser: Safari
• Version: 15.5
