Corehunter3 can give me a core sample set, but, How much is the core set account for the total genetic variation?

for example:
$sel
[1] $sel
[1] "1" "2" "3" "10" "17" "18" "19" "22" "24" "26"

$EN
$EN$MR
[1] 0.2178301

I guess "1" "2" "3" "10" "17" "18" "19" "22" "24" "26" is the selected sample ID, but what does 0.2178301 mean ?
