Make it possible to show/hide the recommendations and other detailed text. Also, make sure the recommendations aren't indented into the radio buttons.
Should hide or reveal be default?
Dan, Sam recommend "hide by default". Could also have "show all explanation" button.

Several commits ending in commit 5f42060 implement this, and set "hide by default". It also implements buttons that show or hide all. We'll need to USE it more, but that's easier to track as a separate issue.
