UI should:

Show all of the permissions available in a grid of checkboxes with rows representing resources and columns representing read and write
Automatically check and disable permissions if they are implied, i.e. granted through ResourceAll
Take a stripe secret key to sign the credentials in the UI
Be completely client side: e.g. no calls to the server which is hosting the key
