.breadcrumb-fixed causes breadcrumb to overlap mobile sidebar #4

When using .sidebar-fixed and .breadcrumb-fixed in mobile layout, opening the sidebar causes the breadcrumb to overlap the sidebar.
IMO the breadcrumb should shift to the right just like the body.
