Problem with style insertion #39

My app has a preloader, but it doesn't show itself immediately.

The problem is, some plugin inserts styles into head (№1 on image 2), and I haven't found out which one.

I would like to paste styles on place №2.
Can anyone give me a hint which plugin do it and how I can fix it?
