  • Needs to be easy and free e.g. github actions
  • Needs to work with rpi only packages

  • Rpi only packages are the main blocker
  • Github actions would require a custom runner, which isn't worth the effort to set up and maintain
  • CircleCI allows you to specify a docker image, however the only two rpi docker images I found wouldn't allow for easy running of scripts in a CI env. They were designed to be logged into.

Putting this on hold for now as doesn't seem feasible
