[Contact diary] grouping of contacts and one-time contacts

Hey I hope this isn't to similar to other issues and thanks for all the work you're doing.

Current Implementation

I have an growing list of contacts from which I can check any for any given date.

Suggested Enhancement

Two suggestions:

1. Allow users to cluster contacts: On meeting different persons on the same day but in different settings, it would be nice to be able to make an "event" and add them to it or bundle them visually to one group.
2. Allow users to make one-time contacts: Sometimes you meet someone somewhere close enough for risk but you're very sure you won't see this person ever again. It could be nice to make a one-day person which doesn't add up to the persons list.

Expected Benefits

1. better overview for myself and especially public health teams to trace back the contacts
2. better user experience with a shorter list or not ever growing list.
