[Android, Win32]: native TextField event fields wrong #192

Adding to this:

it also fails under windows (both windows simulator and win32 builds), and not only the numDeleted and newCharacters but also startPosition.

I posted this along with an example project in the old coronalabs bug track system - but the project in the link will do.
