As stated in the forum, an upgrade is required to compile using Xcode 15.3.

It is necessary to wait for the runner update actions/runner-images#9459 to complete.
And Xcode 15.3 required macos 14.

Btw, it usually takes from couple days up to a week for images to propagate after PR was merged.

Any update on this as it appears the macOS 14.4 with Xcode 15.3 runner is now available?
