BUG: Manipur hosp status update

The statuses updated on the hospital evaluation form: Manipur (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gpK8JFBkAXCiV0IY0dpdm9rALpcA8BfDtZ5yk3htaEE/edit?usp=sharing) is not getting reflected on website.

Eg: electricity is marked completed for all hospitals, but its marked in red on website state page (https://status.10bedicu.org/manipur)

Checked and confirmed that

1. the right state sheet is linked at website master sheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11DGcwfrAnTPWAvnOebGpUkLjSC7cVLvApVGCrH8gWWc/edit?usp=sharing)
2. Github action is automatically running

@aparnacoronasafe In Manipur's sheet, we have 7 extra columns, these columns should be moved to the end for the website to work.

7 extra columns:

• 'Name of 10BedICU Incharge appointed by the AMO/Superintend'
• 'Phone No. of 10BedICU Incharge appointed by the AMO/Superintend'
• 'Nameof Radiology Officer/ Technician'
• 'Phone No. of Radiology Officer/ Technician'
• 'Staff Nurses excluding Critical Care Nurs'
• 'Nurses with Critical Care Experience'
• 'Do you have total of 21 nurses to manage the 10BedICU? If not what is the no. of nurses you have for the 10BedICU specifically? '
