Describe the bug

unable to update a staff id profile

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

https://care.coronasafe.in/user/profile

Expected behavior

All the user should be able to update there profile

@khavinshankar coronasafe/care_fe#4744 , this bug was fixed in this PR, but the bug is again started to reflect in the platform
