Log Update/Daily Round (Normal) Vitals should be typeable

For Normal Rounds, The Vitals fields like BP Systolic, BP Diastolic etc are currently dropdowns. Dropdowns make it easier when entering from smartphones, the typing currently works only for searching. Allow entering data using the keyboard by triggering the onChange when tabbing out of the input when the typed in value is available in the dropdown
