When sending a sample to Collection Centre, the success message is not properly displayed. Currently it's hardcoded to display "SENT_TO_COLLECTON_CENTRE", whenever the status is 4. Instead it should display the appropriate description from the SAMPLE_TEST_STATUS constant from .....Common/constants
