Telemedicine Assign-to Droplist are unable to close

Describe the bug

when we click on the assign-to text box, without selecting a doctor, we are unable to close the droplist, even when we click on other fields also, the droplist remains there itself

Expected behavior

when we click on other fields, or outside the droplist, it should close the droplist,
