Describe the bug
pnpm-lock.yaml and .npmrc files are not git ignored and could accidentally be tracked when developers use pnpm as the package manager locally.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. run pnpm i --shamefully-hoist

Expected behavior
Changes in pnpm-lock.yaml and .npmrc files should not be tracked.
