Other symptom details text area is not visible when 'other' symptoms is selected.

Describe the bug
In the symptoms list, when we select 'other', the other symptoms details text area is not visible, instead its visible when it's not selected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to consultation form
2. Select symptom 'others'

Expected behavior
Text area should be visible
