Describe the bug
Clicking the Cancel button on a location's edit page triggers a successful location update toast notification

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to http://care.coronasafe.in/facility/36f4f9e7-9e37-441f-904c-89562f24163f/location
  2. Click on 'Edit'
  3. Click on 'Cancel'
  4. See the Location updated successfully notification

Expected behavior
No notification should be shown
