Assets Import/Export button's tooltip is not responsive #4371

Describe the bug
The tooltip displayed on the Import/Export button on the Assets page is not responsive

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to http://care.coronasafe.in/assets
Open the page in mobile view
Hover on the Import/Export button
See the tooltip overflowing to the left

Expected behavior
The tooltip's words should wrap on the page itself
