The prescription module in the consultation form requires the following changes:

The "Medicine" and "Frequency" fields are mandatory. Mark it with Astrix
When the user enters the medicine name but leaves frequency empty and submits the form the error message says "Prescription field can not be empty". it must ideally say "frequency field can not be empty". Similarly, when medicine is not entered, the error message to say "Medicine field can not be empty"
