CARE is blank forever randomly on initial load #4586

Describe the bug
When visiting care.coronasafe.in, a white blank screen appears and never loads even after a long time. Refreshing the page does not solve the issue. Only when manually cache is cleared and hard refreshed this problem is solved.
No errors in console logs or API calls. However, one warning worth noticing is:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to care.coronasafe.in
  2. See error (so far random occurrence, noticeable since last week)
