Describe the bug

the FiO2 % inside the ventilator parameter of the patient critical care, is showing "input outside range" error, even before we are inputting anything to the field

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  2. Click on Ventilator Parameter
  3. Select IV in the ventilator interface
  4. Scroll down to bottom
  5. See error

Expected behavior

FiO2 % should be only showing error if the data inputted by the user is having any errors in it
